Tool steel is used to manufacture cold punching die, hot forging die, die casting die and other types of steel.Mould is the main tool for manufacturing parts in the industrial sectors such as machinery manufacturing, radio instruments, motors and electric appliances.The quality of the die directly affects the quality of the pressure processing technology, the precision of the product output and production cost, and the quality and service life of the die in addition to the reasonable structure design and processing accuracy, mainly affected by the die material and heat treatment.
There are mainly two types: equilateral angle steel and unequal angle steel. Among unequal angle steel, there are unequal edge thickness and unequal edge thickness.
According to the production process, stainless steel bars can be divided into three types: hot rolled, forged and cold drawn. The specifications of hot-rolled stainless steel round bars are 5.5-250 mm. It is named because its section is the same as the English letter "H". With each part of the H-beam arranged at a right angle, the H-beam has advantages of strong bending resistance, so it is widely used in simple construction, cost saving, light weight structure and son on.
